Categorize Your Tasks: Urgent vs. Not Urgent
Begin by sorting your to-do list into two categories: Urgent and Not Urgent.
Further Sort Your Tasks: Important vs. Not Important
Next, take each task and decide whether it’s Important or Not Important.
