- A minimum of one 1-hour session per week, available either in-person or online via Zoom or Facetime.
- Complimentary 30-minute goal-setting session conducted online.
- A personalised training program tailored to your body type, fitness level, and personal preferences to follow outside of our weekly sessions. Accessible via a convenient app and tailored to seamlessly integrate into your lifestyle.
- A personalised nutrition plan featuring daily calorie and/or macro goals that align with your unique objectives and lifestyle. Also accessible through the app.
- Habit coaching encompassing various aspects such as nutrition, meal portioning, active living/movement, mindfulness, and sleep.
- Full access to my fitness app, enabling you to track your exercise, nutrition, daily habits, measurements (optional), photos (optional), and other progress markers to keep you motivated and on track.
- Complimentary access to my online membership platform "The Club", with a plethora of on-demand workouts, recipes, and nutrition resources for you to choose from.
- Accountability PLUS! I monitor your progress daily through the app.
