I'm a certified Personal Trainer, Pn1 Nutrition Coach and all round motivator. As a busy mum and wife with my own business, I'm passionate about helping other busy women to take charge of their health and fitness, and become the very best versions of themselves.
True health is holistic. It's not only about exercise and nutrition. Instead, it considers the whole person - body, mind, lifestyle and habits. It's about providing education and support in all of these areas, including self-care, to promote wellness.
I believe the key to success is found in your daily habits. I work with my clients to gradually build sustainable healthy habits. Transformations happen and are maintained only when small, healthy habits are repeated consistently.
So we focus on regular exercise, balanced nutrition (no deprivation, no strict diet/meal plans), healthy lifestyle habits, positive mindset, and making time for self-care.
