Absolutely. As a Ruth Wilkinson Fitness member you get ongoing access to the Challenge, so you can start it whenever you like and go at your own pace.
Absolutely! For every exercise, I give low impact / beginner options for those who are new to exercise.
This Challenge is a mix of both body weight and high intensity interval training, with low impact options for beginners. Unfortunately, I cannot provide modifications for specific injuries, you would need to seek guidance from a physio to ask their opinion on starting this challenge.
This challenge is not post-natal exercise and is not suitable for anyone who has had a baby within the last 12 weeks.
Yes, you are in control of your membership and can opt out anytime, no questions asked. To cancel your membership, you simply sign into your account, access your subscription details and cancel your plan.
